The word "kung fu" originated in west and means "skill" or "ability". It is one of the various forms the Chinese martial arts. Shaolin monks are regarded to be the creators of Chinese kung fu. Tai Chi Chuan

It is the most famous styles of the Chinese kung fu. The principle used in this style is that of powerful arms ad hands techniques. Speed, balance and power are the three important elements of this style. The four main hand techniques used in this style are the straight punch, the back fist, the uppercut and the hook punch.
